All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason other than proven damage or defect. This policy applies to all items, including candles, gift sets, and seasonal collections.
Damage or Defect Claims
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, if your item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we require the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging
- A description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product (e.g., frosting, slight discoloration, or uneven tops due to the natural curing process of soy wax).
Order Responsibility
Please review your order carefully before checkout. Hearth and Haven Candles is not responsible for:
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Missed deliveries or returned packages due to address issues
Preference-based dissatisfaction (e.g., not liking a scent after receiving it)
